摘要
北京奥运会期间,大量外国媒体和游客的到来,为我们向世界全面和深入地介绍中国饮食文化提供了难得的契机。为此,我们应对相关饮食文化活动在内容、形式、时间、空间和组织运作上进行合理的结构安排,通过丰富多彩的美食活动,让外国人对中国饮食文化的历史、特色、理念、名品/品牌有更多、更深的认识和了解。
During the period of Beijing Olympic Games, lots of foreign media and tourists come to China. That's a chance for us to introduce the Chinese diet culture to the world comprehensively and thoroughly ,Therefore, we should carry the reasonable structure arrangements on the - content, the form, the time, the space of the correlation diet culture activity , and organize variety operations to let the foreigner to understand more and deeper of the history, the characteristic, the idea and the brand of the Chinese diet culture.
