摘要
2008北京“人文奥运”的成功举办需要众多因素的配合和支持，本文从饮食卫生安全管理的角度对2000悉尼奥运会的出色表现进行梳理和研究，为实现2008年北京奥运会上高效的饮食安全管理提供借鉴，为弘扬悠久的中华食文化提供支持。
The successful holding of 2008 Beijing Olympic Game demands the collaboration of many relevant units and elements. This paper makes a study on the excellent efficiency of the food safety management plan of the Syney Olympic Games so as to provide some helpful guidance to and inspiration on the food safety management scheme of 2008 Beijing Olympic Game. Meanwhile, it helps to carry forward traditional Chinese food culture.
