摘要
在素质教育的大背景下,结合高校专业课学时较少的实际情况,积极探索“发酵工程”课程的教学改革,通过实施精选教学内容、整合优化课程体系以及建立多层次的实验教学体系等方面的改革措施,以期达到提高教学质量、提升学生的综合素质和创新能力的目的。
With the increase of the teaching contents and the decrease of the teaching time, it is essential to carry out the teaching reform of Fermentation Engineering in the background of quality education. Teaching reforms, such as the selection of the teaching contents, conformity and optimization of the curriculum system and the construction of multi-levels experimental teaching system, are investigated in this paper, in order to improve the teaching quality and enhance the comprehensive quality and the abilities of operation and innovation of students.
