摘要
国内外学者对金融监管进行了大量研究,但尚没有对监管者的行为偏好进行深入研究。通过对监管者影响监管效率和水平的各种偏好因素进行实证分析,得出改进金融监管的对策建议,为中国金融业监管制度的改革和完善提供经验参考。
Much research work has been done in the field of banking supervision by many scholars at home and abroad but little work has been done in mornitoring and supervising the regulators＇ preference acts. We analyse various factors that affect the efficiency of the supervision and the quality because of the preference acts and on the basis of the empirical study. Then we come up with some suggestions to improve the financial supervision and provide some reference opinions for China＇s reforms and the improvement of the banking system.
