摘要
在山区高墩大跨现浇箱梁施工中,采用钢管立柱、预应力钢构牛腿及贝雷片组合支架,可避免大面积地基处理。文章结合施工实例,着重介绍钢管立柱、预应力钢构牛腿及贝雷桁架片组合支架的结构设计与验算,预应力引入牛腿的设计,该方法成功地避免了一般牛腿重量大和对墩身钢筋破坏等缺点。
In the construction of wide span cast-in-place box beam of high piers, adopting the combined bracket of the steel tube pole, prestressed steel movable support and Beilei trussed frame pieces can avoid large area groundsill disposal. Combined with the construction examples, this paper emphatically introduced the structure design and checking computations of the combined bracket of the steel tube pole, prestressed steel movable support and Beilei trussed frame pieces, and also introduced the design of the prestressed importing movable support. This method successfully avoided the common movable support's defects such as large weight, destruction on the pier's reinforcing steel bar and so on.
