Application of digital resource integration and cataloguing technology of the library based on OPAC

文章通过描述美国俄克拉荷马大学图书馆编目部门的实践活动,并对照国内图书馆的情况,阐明了在网络环境下,编目人员如何利用传统和现代编目技术对数字资源进行集成,从而提升在线书目质量,为读者提供更优质的检索服务。

This article describes practices in University of Oklahoma Libraries in USA, and comparing with situation in Chinese libraries to explain that cataloguers how to apply traditional and modern cataloguing technology to integrate the digital resources under the＇network environment, consequently it can promote the quality of OPAC and provide better searches service for readers.
