On informationization of universities' archives administration in digitized era

文章结合高校档案工作的实践及其特殊性,阐述了数字化时代高校进行档案管理信息化建设的必要性和应遵循的原则,并就高校档案管理信息化建设的具体内容和采取的若干策略进行了系统的论述。

In view of the practice and its specialty of the archive work in universities, this paper elaborates that its necessary to carry on the building of the informationization of universities＇ archives administration, as well as the principle that should be followed. Meanwhile, it carries on the systematic argument about the content of archival information construction and several tactics adopted.
