哈代的文学作品《德伯家的苔丝》中包含了大量的圣经应用。文章从这一点出发,通过对作品中圣经意象、典故及人物形象等的分析,阐明其是应用圣经的典范,使读者能够从多个角度来看待这部作品,从而更准确地了解哈代的独特的创作技巧和创作思想。
Thomas Hardy＇s novel Tess of the D＇urbervilles involves lots of application of the Bible. Starting from this point, the thesis inquires into the biblical images, allusions and biblical characters used in Tess of the D＇urbervilles, and proves that it is a model in the application of the Bible, which can help the readers read it from various points and understand Hardy＇s unique creating techniques and thoughts well.
