卵形鲳鲹染色体组型研究

Study on the karyotyre in the Trachinotus ovatus

以卵形鲳鲹(Trachinotus ovatus)为材料,胸腔注射PHA及秋水仙素溶液,取头肾细胞经空气干燥法制片,姬姆萨染色和核型分析,结果表明卵形鲳鲹的核型为2n=48,核型公式为2n=2 sm+6m+40 t,NF=56,染色体数为48.符合典型的高位类群鱼类核型特征.

The karyotypes of Trachinotus ovatus were examined from their renal tissues by PHA injection-air drying method. Observation of chromosome spreads under the microscope showed that there are 48 chromosomes in diploid and its karyotype formulae is 2n =48 = 2sin ＋ 6m ＋40t. Its fundamenal arm number （NF） is 56. The characteristics of Karyotypes is in accordance with the typical characters of the karyotypes in the higher group of fish evolutionary taxonomy.
