原发性急性闭角型青光眼活体结构的彩色多普勒测量

Color doppler biometry of ocular structure in acute primary angle closure glaucoma

摘要 本文采用彩色多普勒仪对32例(64眼)原发性急性闭角型青光眼进行活体结构测量。32例患者均为一眼发作、另一眼处于临床前期。测量结果显示:发作眼的前房浅于未发作眼(P<0.05),而其眼轴长度则短于未发作眼(P<0.01);发作眼的视神经宽度与眼轴长度呈正相关(r=0.4342,P<0.05),而未发作眼的晶体厚度与眼轴长度呈显著正相关(r=0.5324,P<0.01)。本文对这些测量结果的临床意义,进行了讨论。 Ocular structures of 32 cases(64 eyes)with acute primary angle closure glaucoma were measured by color doppler instrument.In all of 32 cases,one eye was in attack phase and the fellow eye was in pre clinical phase.The results showed:the depth of anterior chamber was flatter(P<0 05)and the lengh of eyeball axis was shorter(P<0 01)in attack eyes than in fellow eyes respectively;the width of optic nerve in attack eyes and the thickness of lens in fellow eyes were both positive related to the lengh of eyeball axis(for the former,r=0 4342,p<0 05;for the latter,r=0 5324,P<0 01).The clinical significances of these examination results were discussed in detail.
