婴幼儿肺炎血清维生素A含量分析及对细胞免疫功能的影响

摘要 目的:检测婴幼儿肺炎患儿血清维生素A(VitA)含量,探讨其对细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:采用微量荧光法测定血清VitA含量,对40例婴幼儿肺炎患儿进行检测并与同期20名体检健康婴幼儿对照;流式细胞仪测肺炎患儿T细胞亚群(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+);利用统计软件SPSS10.0进行统计分析。结果:婴幼儿肺炎组患儿体内VitA含量低于健康组(t=2.597,P<0.05),血清VitA降低的肺炎患儿CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+值明显低于血清VitA正常患儿(分别为P<0.05和P<0.01)。结论:婴幼儿肺炎患儿体内VitA含量低于健康者,VitA与细胞免疫功能有密切关系。 Objective: To study the levels of serum vitamin A in infantile pneumonia and explore the effects of vitamin A on cell-mediated immune function. Methods: In 40 cases with infantile pneumonia and 20 case controls, serum vitamin A levels were determined by fluorescene, and T-lympHocyte subsets (CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+) of the pneumonia group were det ermined by FCM. Results: The serum vitamin A levels of the cases with infantile pneumonia and healthy infants were (0. 93±0.34)μmol/L and (1.17±0. 33)μmol/L respectively (t=2. 597,P〈0. 05). Among the pneumonia group, children with normal serum vitamin A levels had higher proportions of CD3+,CD4+T cells(P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01 respectively),higher CD4+/CD8+ ratios(P〈0. 01) and lower proportions of CD8+T cells(P〈0. 05) than those with decreased serum vitamin A levels. Conclusions: It was suggested that the serum vitamin A with pneumonia were clearly lower than those of the healthy infants and the serum vitamin A levels could be related to cell-mediated immune functions.
