影响急诊患者健康教育效果的因素及对策 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨影响急诊患者健康教育效果的因素,提高健康教育的效果。方法:在急救工作中,对急诊患者采取语音教育、书面教育、示范性教育、随机性教育等多种形式的健康教育方法。结果:影响急诊患者健康教育的因素包括选择健康教育的时机不当、护理人员编制相对不足、病种多样化、急诊患者周转快、护理人员观念陈旧、教育技巧不当,文化层次差异性等。结论:要求护士在进行健康教育时,注意了解影响健康教育效果的各种因素,并根据具体情况进行个性化教育,同时加强自身素质的提高。
