全膝关节置换术护理

Caring for the total knee replacement

目的:为了提高人工全膝关节置换术病人的手术成功率与疗效,避免并发症的发生。方法:对24例采用人工全膝关节置换术治疗的病人进行规范的术前训练、术后护理、术后营养支持,并指导病人进行系统功能锻炼。结果:术后成功23例(95.9%),术后病人患膝功能良好。结论:规范护理是关系全膝关节置换术成败的重要环节。

Objective To improve the achievement ratio and efficacy of the total knee replacement （TKR）and to avoid the complications. Method 24 patients underwent the total knee replacement were cared with standard preoperative training, nutritional instruction and function exercises. Results 23 patients （95.9%） obtained an excellent postoperative function recovery. Conclusion Standard earing is very important to the success of TKR.
