摘要
目前,地下综合管线廊道已成为城市可持续发展的重要方向。作者通过对目前国外(欧洲、日本)国内(北京、杭州、台湾)综合管线廊道发展的现状分析,指出了地下综合管线廊道的优势及其在认识、法规体系、规划管理和投资方面存在的问题,并针对法规体系、发展规划管理、监督机制、投资建设和运营机制几方面提出了相关对策。对地下综合管线廊道建设具有参考价值。
Now Utility Tunnel has become an important direction of sustainable development in cities. Based on the analysis of Utility Tunnel＇development situation both at home （Beijing, Hangzhou, Taiwan ） and abroad（Europe, Japan）, this paper points out its advantages and problems in understanding, legislation, planning and investment, some countermeasures are presented. This paper can serve as reference ofr underground utility tunnel construction.
