摘要
传统的隧道深孔爆破采用纯炮泥堵塞炮眼,炸药的有效能量利用率不高,炸药单耗量大。针对这种情况,提出了一种隧道水—土复合堵塞炮眼爆破方法。该法利用水—土复合代替纯炮泥堵塞炮眼,利用水的不可压缩性和炮泥的堵塞作用,减少冲击波在传播过程中的衰减,相对延长了爆生气体的作用时间,提高了岩石的破碎度和炸药的有效能量利用率,降低了粉尘,节省了炸药。
The traditional deep -hole blasting for tunnels uses pure day to stem the blast-holes. The efficient energy availability of explosive is not high and the specific explosive consumption is large. In view of this condition, this paper puts forward a method of water-day composite blasting for tunnding. It substitutes water-day composite for pure day to stem the blast-holes. Using the incompressible property of water and the stemming role of day, this method reduces the decay of shock wave in the process of spread and relatively extends the functioning time of blasting air. So the water-day composite blasting method improves the breakage of rocks and the efficient energy consumption of the explosive, lows ers the dirtvdume and saves explosives used.
