On line Tester is a kind of Automatic Test Equipment. It has replaced the position of manual test as the necessary part of the manufacture. This paper gives the system hardware, including Computer interface,Switch matrix, Con-troling Circuits and Testing Circuits for resistor,capacitor,inductor,diode,transistor andzener diode. This paper also gives the system software,including fuctinos listed:test programme edit,component and open/short test,data saving print output etc. And a simple research after approach to eliminate the industry noise is discussed.
