饲料中蛋白质水平对花生长的影响

Effect of Dietary Protein Level on Growth Performance of Hemibarbus maculatus Bleeker

研究了饲料中蛋白质水平对花生长的影响。选用300尾,体重为35.31±1.61g的花鱼种随机平均分为5个试验组:F1、F2、F3、F4和F5。分别投喂蛋白质水平为28%、32%、36%、40%、44%的5种饲料进行养殖对比试验。经过100d的饲养,5个试验组的饵料系数和相对增重率分别为2.21、1.77、1.41、1.40、1.47和324.71%、403.88%、505.145%、504.30%、475.17%。试验结果表明当饲料中蛋白质水平为36%时,能确保花的生长性能和蛋白质利用率,相应的饵料系数为1.41。

The Effects of dietary protein level on growth performance of Hemibarbus maculatus Bleeker were studied. 300 Hemibarbus maculatus Bleekers （average initial weight： 35.31 ±1.61 g/fish）were randomly divided into 5 groups.Five diets protein level were individually 28%.32%.36% .40% and 44%. After the 100 days, the feed conversion ratio and relative weight gain of fishes in each group were individually 2.21,1.77, 1.41,1.40,1.47 and 324.71%, 403.88%, 505.14%,504.30%,475.17%. Based on the growth performance and feed conversion ratio, the advisable protein level of dietary was 36% for Hemibarbus maculatus Bleeker, the feed conversion ratio was 1.41
