ATM技术在未来宽带网中将扮演十分重要的角色。本文介绍了阿尔卡特公司的ATM交换机、接入系统和相关网管系统,对其主要产品的性能和组成进行了较详细的说明,最后简单列举了几个在世界上应用的实例。
ATM technology plays a very important role in the fu-ture broadband networks. This paper introduces the ATM switches. access systems and related network management sys-tems of Alcatel, and describes in detail the features and compo-nents of its main products. At last, it also presents some applica-tion examples in the world.
