摘要
本文介绍了我国发展语音信箱业务的背景,并根据不同的用户层次分析了其市场分布、投入产出关系和费用原则,指出:应以客户利益、提高全网接通率和完善现有网功能为出发点确定语音信箱业务的发展策略和资费政策。
In this paper, the background of developing the voice mail service is described. The market distribution, input-output relationship and expense principles are analyzed based on the different user Ievels. It is pointed out that improving the custom-er benefits, the overall network completion ratio and the existing network utilization ratio should be taken as the starting points to determin?the development strategy and tariff policy.
