摘要
连接焊缝长度的准确计算是钢管相贯节点焊缝承载力计算的基础。以K形圆钢管搭接节点的相贯线焊缝长度为对象,首先推导出搭接节点三条相贯线的空间方程,然后给出了这三条焊缝的精确MATLAB程序化计算方法,最后考虑实际工程的需要提出了节点焊缝长度的简化计算公式。
The accurate determination of the length of welds in tubular joint is the basis of the calculation of the strength of welds. In this paper, the length of welds at CHS overlapped K - joint is studied. Based on the principle of spatial analytic geometry, the equations of the three interaction lines at welds were first derived, the computing method for the length of welds using MATHLAB was then demonstrated, finally, a simplified design equation for the determination of weld length at CHS overlaopped K - Joint was proposed.
