摘要
索支承桥梁结构的拉索张拉是一项复杂的施工技术,传统基于经验的张拉方法索力无法有效地达到理想的设计目标。在对传统张拉方法分析的基础上,利用拉索张拉力影响矩阵、泛函极值原理及对张拉力进行拆分,提出了优化的拉索张拉方法;根据该优化方法形成的施工技术,应用于天津海河大沽桥的拉索张拉施工,使拉索张拉次数大大减少、施工进度加快,目标索力的精度明显提高,表明了该方法可靠性、实用性。
Cable tensioning in cable supported bridge structures is a very complex construction technology, the perfect design target of cable force cannot be availably reached if the traditional tensioning technique on experience is used. Based on analysis of traditional tensioning method, the paper presents an optimized cable tensioning method, which is developed from the influence matrix of tensioning force, functional extremum principle and separation method to tensioning force. The construction technology comes from this optimized method is used on cable tensioning of Dagu Bridge on Haihe River, Tianjin, which greatly decreases tensioning times, and quickens the construction schedule, markedly enhances precision of target of cable force. So this method is reliable and practical.
