摘要
本文主要介绍EEPROM、flashmcmory的技术发展、单元结构.比较了EEPROM与flashmemory的优缺点与应用领域.
In this paper, the technology development of EEPROM, flash memory, and their cell structure are outlined. Then, the advantage and disadvantage of EEPROM, flash memory are compared, the applied field are given.
