摘要
目的探讨尿微量白蛋白(Alb)、转铁蛋白(TRF)、α1-微球蛋白(α1-MG)、免疫球蛋白IgG含量测定对慢性阻塞性肺病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)早期肾功能损害的临床意义。方法选取单纯COPD 40例(Ⅰ组)、COPD合并呼吸衰竭40例(Ⅱ组)、正常健康人40例,分别检测尿液中4种微量蛋白的量。结果COPDⅠ组与健康组的尿微量蛋白α1-MG、Alb、TRFI、gG检测结果比较差异均无显著意义(P>0.05);COPDⅡ组尿微量蛋白α1-MG、Alb、TRFI、gG均明显高于健康组和COPDⅠ组(P<0.05)。结论尿微量蛋白的测定是发现COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者早期肾损害的敏感指标,具有一定的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of microalbunminuria (mAlb), transferrin (TRF), alpha-1-microglobulin (α1-MG), immunity globulin IgG content determination for the kidney function harm of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods Selection the simple COPD 40 example ( Ⅰ group), the COPD complicating with respiratory failure 40 examples ( Ⅱ group), the normal healthy person 40 examples for control group, separately examine four kinds of urine microproteins quantities. Results COPD Ⅰ group comparison with healthy group's α1-MG, Alb, TRF, IgG examination results were not significance difference (P〉0.05); COPD Ⅱ group's α1-MG, Alb, TRF, IgG obviously are higher than the healthy group and the COPD Ⅰ group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The urine microprotein determination in the COPD complicating with respiratory failure patient were early markers of kidney harm, it has the certain clinical significance.
