浦东花木地区激活城市功能并形成上海一级引力中心的概念性规划研究

Conceptual Plan for Re-vitalizing Huamu, The Newly Built Central District of Pudong,Shanghai

花木行政文化区是新建成的浦东核心区，虽已完成了重点项目的建设，却未实现收聚人气的目标。本文在大量调研分析的基础上，提出了都市功能的修补与重新激活的规划概念，在完善都市服务、改进城市空间形态二个层面上提出一系列具体的导则。

Huamu Cultural and Administrative District, the central area of Pudong, is currently facing the challenge of enhancing its magnetic power to attract more citizen and work as a true civic center. The conceptual plan of ＂re-vitalizing＂ is therefore proposed to diagnosis and repair the urban functions in the area.
