摘要
本文通过引入新的状态变量选择方法和增量模减小阻尼牛顿迭代思想,提出阻尼参数最优化其法,高效率地解决了谐波平衡摸拟的大信号收敛问题,大量例子证实了本文方法的绝对收敛性和计算效率,且优于商品化软件HPMDS.
This paper introduces a new choice of state-variable coulped with the. Update normreducing Newton iteratfon, and presents an damping pe optimization algorithm. The. Large signal convergence problems of harmonic-balance simulation can be solved efficiently . The superiorconvergence capability and efficiency have been demonstrated by a number of examples.
