摘要 反硝化细菌在降解烟丝中硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐含量,降低烟草特有亚硝胺(Tobacco-specific nitrosamines,TSNA)的过程中起着重要作用.反硝化细菌对TSNA的降解作用研究结果表明,B88、B237菌株在好氧条件下不能降解TSNA,增加湿度可促进烟叶TSNA的合成,菌悬液只有在微厌氧条件下才能降低亚硝胺的含量,作用最佳时间为48 h,降解率分别为24.30%和23.00%,喷施菌液对烟丝质量无明显影响. Denitrification bacteria play a very important role in reducing the content of nitrate and nitrite, consequendy, reducing the content of TSNA. Degradation of tobacco-specific nitrosamines by denitrifying bacteria was studied in this paper. The results showed that denitrifying bacteria B88 and B237 strain degraded TSNA much better, but under oxic condition the denitrification activity was inhibited and the content of TSNA increased with high humidity. Under anoxic condition, the cultures of B88 and B237 strain degraded TSNA better and the degradation efficiency of their cultrues were 24.30% and 23.00% after 48 hours, respectively. Additionally, it was found that B88 and B237 strain had little influence on the quality of tobacco.
