建设新农村应处理好几个关系——基于广东“百村调查”的思考

通过广东省开展的新农村建设“百村调查”活动,发现并针对新农村建设中存在的一些问题,提出必须处理好政府与农民、经济发展与主导产业、安居乐业与城镇化和农村劳动力转移、拆旧与建新、自筹资金和政府援助资金与借债资金的比例以及村干部与农民的关系等建议和措施.

According to the ＂100 villages investigate＂ activity of the new countryside in Guangdong province, some questions in the new countryside construction were discovered. In this paper, some suggests and measures were put forward, about the relations of the government to farmer, econmic development to predominant industry, live happily to urbanization with labor force transfer from village, dismantle old to set up a new, fund comparison of self-raising, government help and incur debt, the village staff and farmer, etc.
