摘要
本文在考虑了交流永磁同步电动机伺服系统与其二阶负载耦合效应的基础上,设计了通过测量电机轴角位移观测半闭环伺服系统的机械负载末端位移的伦伯格状态观测器,分析了观测精度,并通过仿真证明了该观测器的有效性.
The paper has studied the problem of observing the actuator position in the semiclosed loop AC servo system via testing the angular position of motor axis. Under considering the coupling between the motor and the two-order load, a Lunberger observer has been in voloved to per form the task, and its precision has also been discussed . Extensive simulations have shown that thisscheme works well.
