双摄像机获取人体呼吸信号的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的:为4D-CT和图像引导放射治疗提供便宜并方便临床应用的提取人体呼吸信号的方法。方法:用激光点打在人体腹部,2个摄像头同时监控这个激光点。求出激光点的三维坐标。以坐标的任意维度描绘和时间的关系曲线,即呼吸曲线。结果:摄像头采集帧率30帧/s,实际可以达到处理15帧/s的速度,因此可以实时获得呼吸曲线。结论:相比其他呼吸信号提取方式,该方法经济且材料易获取。 Objective: To provide a novel easy respiratory detection method for 4D-CT and Image Guided Radiation Treatment (IGRT). Methods: A laser dot was casted on the abdomen of the subject, and two cameras were used to monitor the dot. Then the 3D coordinates of the dot from the Images was calculated out. By correlating the movement of the dot at any dimension with time, the respiratory signals curve was drawn in another image. Results: The actual frame rate is 15 frames per second, which is enough for recording the motion of respiratory. Conclusion: In contrast to other methods, this method cost less and the facilities are very easy to acquire.
