摘要
针对GB/T5508-1985《粮食、油料检验粉类含砂量测定方法》国家标准中存在的问题,深入分析研究了四氯化碳法和灰化法两种方法的优劣以及所用仪器设备精确度及其它影响因素。结果表明,灰化法是准确精密的测定方法,而四氯化碳法由于准确性精确度差且污染环境应予以淘汰,此外对所用分析天平、滤纸、坩埚冷却称量时间、双实验分析误差等也进行了分析研究。
As to problems that existed in national standard GB/T5508 - 1985 sand content measurement for grain, oil plants pander, the advantages and disadvantages of Carbon Tetracloride Method and Incineration Method were compared. Results showed that Incineration Method is an exact method, while Carbon Tetracloride Method should be eliminated due to it is lack of enough veracity and precision, and environnental pollution Furthermore, the analytical balance, filter paper, crucible cooling and weighing time and analytical error etc are also been studied.
