摘要 本篇给出了一种脊形波导的设计,它的截止频率,阻抗和电场强度以公式和曲线形式结出,一些陶瓷样品在该腔中微波烧结,通过性能对比,可得出该腔可作为一种较理想的微波烧结腔. In this paper. a ridge rectangular waveguide is designed,and its cutoff frequency,impedance and eletricufiled intensity are given by formulas or curves, A few ceramic samples are sintered in it by microwave energy,It is concluded that the device can be as a satisfactory microwave sintering cavity.
