在中国的建筑工程机械租赁业里,北京的建筑工程机械租赁业起步较早,市场化也早,经过近几年的培育,相对较为发达、成熟。下面将2004—2007年北京部分建筑 工程机械的租赁参考价格进行对比分析。分析的结果是塔机租金呈下降趋势，说明北京市塔机租赁业竞争比较激烈，其他机种的价格基本不变。

It is in Beijing that rental market of construction machinery has an earlier history in China, with the development of these years, and now its market condition is becoming more and more mature. Comparing rental rates of Beijing construction machinery market in last four years, including tower crane, concrete machinery, truck-mounted crane, earthmoving machinery, road machinery and lifer, the clearly result showed only the rental rate of tower crane dropped, and that of other types kept stabile.
