角膜地形图引导的近视准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察及评价角膜地形图引导的近视准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)。方法对48例近视患者的95眼实施角膜地形图及ORK-CAM软件引导的LASIK手术。按术前屈光度分为低度、中度、高度三组,分别与术前自身眼高阶像差、最佳矫正视力比较。结果术后1个月时与术前相比:彗差在低度组降低9.8%,差异无显著性;中、高度组分别增长68.6%及136.5%,差异有显著性;球差在低、中、高三组分别增长21.1%,119.4%及126.5%,差异有显著性;均方根在低、中、高三组分别降低2.0%、61.8%及60.9%,在中、高度组差异有显著性(P<0.01);角膜最适不规则指数在低、中、高三组分别增长4.8%及47.5%,66.9%,仅高度组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。总体彗差增长70.6%;球差增长115.1%;均方根下降59.8%;角膜最适不规则指数增长45.2%。好于及达到术前最佳矫正视力占总例数的66.3%,略差的占31.6%,差1行的占2.1%。结论角膜地形图+ORK-CAM软件引导的LASIK手术后均方根值总体下降,对提高视觉质量有益。 Objective To observe and evaluate corneal topography guided laser-assisted in situ keratomileusis (LASIK). Methods 95 eyes of 48 myopia patients underwent corneal topography and ORK-CAM software guided LASIK were studied. Results In mid and high diopter levels, Coma respectively increased 68.6% and 136.5%. As for SpAb , there was significant differences between mid and high diopter ones. There was significant differences between the mid and high diopter level groups for RMS. Conclusion After the corneal topography + CAM-ORK software guided LASIK, the RMS of the population decreased. The surgery has been with great positive effect on the visual quality.
