摘要
环境管理既是可持续发展的保证条件,也是可持续发展的实现途径。我国煤炭矿区在资源开发利用及其环境管理中存在着诸多问题,使得矿区环境管理的重要性日益突出出来。通过环境管理手段的创新发展和综合运用,能够为矿区实现可持续发展提供有益的思路。矿区环境管理创新发展应体现在:在强调宏观管理指导作用的前提下,具体做好微观管理工作;进一步加强现代科学管理方法在矿区环境管理中的实践,在矿区环境管理中要充分体现综合管理的思想。
Environmental management is both a guarantee of sustainable development and an approach of it. There are many problems in developing resources of coal mining areas, which makes environmental management emerge. Through innovative development and complicated using of environmental management means, we could find a benefit thinking of realizing sustainable development. The measures of development includes doing well work in micro - fields under the guidance of macro management, improving the application of modern scientific management methods, and representing complicated management concepts of environmental management in these areas.
