Grounding on a large amount of proofs, many researchers of second language acquisition raised various theoretical models to describe its process and explain its mechanism. Among these theories, Krashen＇ s ＂monitor theory＂ took a great influence, including the acquisition -learning hypothesis, affective filter hypothesis, input hypothesis, natural order hypothesis. The paper, through analyzing the practical problems in SLA, introduced ＂monitor theory,＂ probed into it and made a comment. It contributes to grasping the keys of SLA and understanding of its process and mechanism.
