摘要
计算机辅助工艺设计(CAPP)使工艺设计人员摆脱大量、繁琐的重复劳动。如何利用现有、成熟的工艺知识,是每个工艺工作者和软件设计人员面临的主要问题。通过零件的特征参数属性和其特征编码关联其加工方法是目前技术水平下实现动态工艺知识有效管理的一种可行的方案。结合CAPP系统在企业的应用实践,论述了面向对象的工艺信息建模技术、成组技术在动态工艺知识管理上的应用及实现方法。
The application ofCAPP has reduced the enormous, repeated work ofprocess designers. However, how to make use ofthe knowledge accumulated in the previous job is the key factor facing both of process designers and developers of CAPP system. The es- tablishment of the relations between the feather code of parts and the working methods is the valid way of dynamic knowledge manage- ment in the current technology level. Based on the practice of CAPP system in many enterprises, the application and fulfillment methods of the process information modeling of object-oriented technology and group technology（GT） in dynamic process knowledge management are discussed.
