市场经济条件下我国行业体育协会发展研究

Research on the Development of China's Industry Sport Associations in Market Economy

通过对市场经济条件下我国行业体育协会调查研究,认为我国行业体协作为职工体育发展载体,充分发挥了桥梁、纽带作用;为鼓励职工参加体育锻炼,提高身体素质,对于进一步普及群众体育,增加体育人口,培育体育消费市场,全面提高国民素质有着重要的意义。但随着经济体制改革的深入,行业体育协会组织萎缩、功能弱化,严重制约了我国职工体育的发展。

With the investigation into Chinese industry sport associations （ISAs） in market economy, it is found out that ISAs, as the main body of worker sports, have been playing an important role in the sports development in China, such as workers＇ participation in exercise, enhancement of their physical quality, further popularization of mass sports, increase of sport population, and improvement of people＇s quality, and so on. However, as the reform of economy system goes further in China, ISAs have been shrinking and their functions weakening, which blocks the development of worker sports.
