中国国家女子手球队运动员赛前训练的生化特点及机能评定

The Biochemical Characteristics and Function Diagnosis of Chinese National Women's Handball Team Players before Competition

为了解女子手球运动员赛前训练的生化特点和身体机能的变化规律。测定了19名参加2006年亚洲锦标赛赛前备战的国家女手运动员某些生化指标的变化。结果表明:1)赛前备战期国家女手运动员Rbc、Hb、Hct测定值变化幅度不大,在赛前2周达到了整个备战期的较高水平;2)赛前训练期,国家女手运动员白细胞总数在临床正常参考值范围;3)赛前训练期国家女手运动员血清CK、UREA变化幅度不大,血清CK的离散度较大;4)在赛前2周,国家女手运动员血清睾酮达到最高,血清皮质醇达到最低。结论:赛前运动员的血液携氧能力、营养状况、内分泌机能状态在赛前2周达到了较好状态;血清CK表现出较强的个体差异性。

The objective is to investigate the biochemical characteristics and function diagnosis of elite women＇s handball players before competition. Blood biochemical parameters are measured on 19 women＇ s handball players preparing for Asian Handball Tournament in 2006. The results are as follows： （1） Rbc, Hct and Hb do not change obviously during the training phase and they reach a higher level 2 weeks before competition; （2）WBC count is within the clinic normal limit; （3）serum UREA and CK do not have significant changes and the serum CK has a wider dispersion; （4）serum T reach the peak and serum C reach the bottom respectively 2 weeks before competition. In a conclusion, oxygen carrying capacity, nutritional status and endocrine function are in good conditions 2 weeks before competition. Serum CK shows an evident individual difference.
