运动性肌纤维dystrophin、desmin的变化特征 被引量:6

Characteristics of Dystrophin and Desmin Changes of Sporting Muscles

摘要 采用文献资料法,对运动引起肌肉损伤时dystrophin、desmin的变化特征进行综述。大量研究表明,骨架蛋白dystrophin、desmin是保持肌细胞完整性的重要结构,与运动性肌损伤(EIMD)密切相关。但是这些研究大多是围绕离心运动引起EIMD和DOMS进行的。 With the method of documentary review, the characteristics of dystrophin and desmin changes are reviewed when exercises induce muscle damage. Great deals of researches show that dystrophin and desmin that are important structure to keep sarcolemma integrity are correlated to exercise-induce muscle damage. But these researches almost focus on eccentric exercise-induce muscle damage.
