摘要
采用问卷调查与数理统计等研究方法,对辽宁竞技体育可持续发展的人力资源调控等问题进行剖析。得知我省竞技体育人力资源的现状,总结出竞技体育人力资源调控的任务,同时也讨论了使我省竞技体育人力资源紧张的主要因素是竞技体育的地位、教练员的水平、传统思想和竞技体育体制;还有经济发展水平也影响竞技体育人力资源的利用。
With the methods of questionnaire and mathematical statistics, the arrangement of human resources about the sustainable development of Liaoning sports is analyzed. The status quo and the arrangement task of human resources of competitive sports are researched. The results show that the major factors of human resource shortage are the status of competitive sports, coaches' level, traditional thinking and sports institutions, while the level of economic development also influences the utilization of human resources.
