航空弧齿锥齿轮齿面坐标测量的数据处理 被引量:21

摘要 针对复杂的航空弧齿锥齿轮齿面的误差测量,利用无转台、无专用软件系统的常规的三坐标测量仪,基于微分几何和空间啮合理论,准确地表达了理论齿面,高效处理了齿面测量数据,精确地反映了齿面的加工误差、加工变形、安装误差等因素综合产生的齿面误差,为制造高精度的航空弧齿锥齿轮提供了有效的手段。以两对航空弧齿锥齿轮为例,分别对专用格里森软件计算得到的齿面数据和常规的三坐标测量仪实测的齿面数据进行了数据处理,验证了本文方法的有效性和可行性。 The high accuracy ih manufacturing of aviation spiral bevel gears should be required, and the coordinate measurement is often used to determine the deviations of tooth surfaces caused by machining error, cutting deformation and misalignment. In this paper, applying the differential geometry and space engagement theory, the authors deduce the analytical representation of a theoretical tooth surface, and calculate the deviations of the real tooth surface measured by using the traditional coordinate measuring machine (CMM) without rotary table. Two pairs of aviation spiral bevel gears are taken for examples. By processing the tooth flank coordinates respectively measured by the traditional CMM without rotary table and by special Gleason's software, and comparing with the results, the approach presented in this paper is proved to be accurate and available, and capable to provide an effective method of processing the measuring date of aviation spiral bevel gears.
