对企业经营环境的模糊综合评判分析

The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation about enterprise's operation environment

为了全面评价企业经营环境状况,并提出改善建议,本文利用模糊综合评判原理,通过建立评价模型,对影响企业经营环境的因素进行了分析和探讨。在此基础上,文章得出三点重要结论:(1)我国企业经营环境总体上接近于较好水平。(2)对企业经营环境的一级因素来说,市场因素一般、消费因素和政府因素较好。(3)对企业经营环境的二级因素来说,市场开放程度和政府服务行为一般,基础设施、需求规模、消费状况较好,人力资本状况是好的。

To give a general appraisement of the operation environment of enterprises and find ways of improvements, the paper has analyzed and discussed the factors influencing the enterprise＇s operation environment by making use of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory and building an evaluating model. And then the arti- cle drew three important conclusions： （1） The domestic enterprise＇s operation environments are good in general. （2） As the first level factor of Chinese enterprise＇s operation environment, the market is not as satisfactory as the consumption and the government. （3） As the second level factor of enterprise＇s operation environment, the opening of market and the government service is general and the infrastructural facilities, demand, consumption situation are relative good, human capital is good.
