Scientific contribution of Sutherland' s "the second messenger hypothesis"

摘要 信号转导是生命科学中最为重要的领域之一,50来年的发展为医学研究发挥了巨大的推动作用。萨瑟兰cAMP的发现和第二信使假说的提出是信号转导研究中里程碑式的事件。本文描述了cAMP发现的历史背景和过程,第二信使假说的内容和意义,从而对第二信使假说的科学贡献有一个概括的理解。 Signal transduetion is one of the most important fields of life science. The discovery of cAMP and description of the second messenger hypothesis by Sutherland is the landmark of signal transduction. In this paper, the background and course of cAMP discovery were demonstrated and at the same time the content and significance of the second messenger hypothesis were illustrated, so scientific contribution of the second messenger hypothesis can be approximately understood.
