摘要
阐述了ANSYS软件First Order Optimization Method(FOOM)的基本原理。采用ANSYS parametric design language(APDL)对爪弹簧进行参数化建模,利用FOOM对其刚度及应力进行有限元优化分析,优化结果爪弹簧刚度提高约81%,最大Mises等效应力约降低54%。实践表明,有限元方法结合优化设计对选择结构方案具有显著效益。
This paper recommanded Using ANSYS parametric design the theory of First Order Optimization Method (FOOM)of ANSYS. (APDL) the claw spring model was parametered created, and it stress and rigid were optimized through FOOM.The optimization result showed the rigid of the optimum structure was 81% more than and maximal Mises stress was 54% less than that of the initial structure. The example indicated that FEM combined with optimize design was effective in structral projecting.
