摘要
颗粒表面改性技术的主要原理是通过一定的处理方法,在粉体颗粒上包裹一层欲掺杂元素的可溶性盐,并通过煅烧合成,制得颗粒表面改性的粉体。这种技术作为晶界控制的尝试,是一种具有重大意义的新的陶瓷粉体制备技术。用这种技术制备的掺锰Y-BaTi3PTCR陶瓷比用传统固相法制备出的同种PTCR陶瓷。
The basic principle of grain surface modification is to bind grain with a layer of soluble salt of dopants with the help of particular treatment technology. The powder of surfacemodified grains is obtained through calcination and synthesis.As an attempt of grain boundary control, this method is a new ceramic powder fabrication technology having great significance. The Mn doped Y BaTiO 3 PTCR ceramics prepared by this way bas more excellent quality than the same one fabricated by conventional solid phase reaction.
