摘要
齿轮指形铣刀样板是加工大模数齿轮的主要辅助工具。用微机辅助设计齿轮刀具样板,速度快,数据准确,并能直接绘制样板曲线图形。本文着重阐述了渐开线齿轮齿根过渡曲线的确定以及使用微机设计齿轮指形铣刀样板的方法。
The finger milling-cutter templet of involuting gear is the assistant tool mostly to machining big modulus gear. In this article, the confirmation of transitional curviline on involuting gear root is expatiated, and the designing method with CAD for finger milling-cutter templet is discussed. It is rapid and accurate in design and drawing the finger milling-cutter templet with CAD.
