摘要
γ丁内酯(GBL)因其无毒且具有良好的温度特性、水溶性及溶解能力,在工作电解液体系中将成为最有潜力的主溶剂,逐渐取代乙二醇在电容器生产中所形成的主导地位。对提高电解电容器的温度特性、可靠性及寿命具有良好的作用。文中分析了不同工艺GBL因反应副产物不同,导致其在高、中。
γ butyrolactone (GBL) will become one of the most potential main solvent in working electrolyte system becuase of it's good temperature characteristics, water solubility, solvability and innocuousness to men and gradually replaces ethylene glycol which has been occuping leading position in electrolytic capacitor production for a long time.This solvent play a good role in improvement of temperature characteristics, reliability and lifetime of the electrolytic capacitor, This paper has analyzed peculiarities and limitations of role of the GBL prepared with different processes in high medium low voltage working electrolytes owing to different by products due to reaction.
