摘要
为了解决现有硬度检测方法的一些缺陷。研究超声波的振动频率特性与零件表面硬度的关系。采用传感器技术、计算机技术和微电子技术,在无须很高精度的情况下,有效的解决了材料的表面硬度的检测问题。它能满足生产中的快速、无损、高可靠性、操作方便、灵活的要求。通过现场实验,取得了相应的实验数据,并以此在低硬度区间建立了“硬度——频率”数学模型。
For resolving the defects of measurement of surface stiffness in material. It quests for the relation between the frequency traits of ultrasonic and stiffness of surface of parts. It adopts the technologies of sensors, computer science and Micro-Electronic science to resolve the problem of surface stiffness measurement of parts effectively in the condition of not too high precision. It can meet the requirements of fast, lossless, high reliability, operating convenience and flexibility. It gets the experimental data according the experiment, and sets a mathematic modal of "Rigidity-Frequency" in the area of low stiffness based on those data.
