摘要
利用PTC公司的Pro/ENGINEER软件对CA6140车床Ⅱ、Ⅲ轴齿轮操纵机构进行了三维实体建模、装配及运动学仿真。采用参数化设计理念,简化了齿轮和链轮的设计。通过Pro/Mechanism模块对操纵过程的位置、速度、干涉等分析,提高了操纵机构设计的正确性和可靠性。
3-D Modeling, assembling and movement simulating are achieved for gear operation mechanisms of Ⅱ,Ⅲ shafts in CA6140 headstock with Pro/ENGINEER software. The modeling of gears and chains are simplified with the concept of parameterized design. The validity and reliability are improved by the analysis of the position, speed, interference and so on through Pro/Mechanism module.
