基于新型抗扰数学模型的无扰控制

摘要 根据某些生产过程控制中被控对象所受的干扰量过多、对象反应速度较快、常规控制手段不适应的情况,引入修正权函数的理论,推出了新型的抗扰数学模型,并在YEWPACK计算机系统上实现了对步进式加热炉燃烧系统进行控制,有效地抑制了多干扰量,提高了该燃烧系统的控制效果。应用表明:这种控制方法节能效果显著,燃气单耗可降低15. Based on the situations such as over disturbance impact on the controlled objects in process control and rapid response from the objects and in adaptive conventional control means, a new math. model for anti disturbance is introduced using the theory of revised weighting function to realize control of combustion system of step heater on YEWPACK computer system, with the result of efficient depression of multi disturbance and effective control of the combustion system. The practices prove that this kind of control saves over 15.5% of gas in process.
